Daily face skin care routine

I am so glad I came along dr. Hauschka's products and philosophy of skin care.

I started to use dr. Hauschka with their beginners set for ca 18£ (below) which is perfect to get used to the products, try the different face moisturizers and more. I often just repurchase it as I like to have variety I like small sizes.
I bought the set for normal to dry skin, but there is also one for oily skin

Starter Kit for normal to dry skin

Besides using dr. Hauschka and his approach to skin care, what has also hugely helped me to improve my skin, was to steam cleanse my face using a hot towel every morning and evening!
It feels amazing and opens pores too, your skin will thank you.

Just face-massage the dr. Hauschka cleansing cream or milk with a tiny bit of water in circular movements. You have the choice as the beginners set includes them both. I love the cleansing cream as it has a lightly exfoliating property with its oats content, whereas the cleansing milk is white and best suitable if you have make up to remove)
While you are massaging any of the lotions in, let your face towel rinse though hot water. I like using normal face clothes as I like the texture of the thick towel material steaming pressed on my face.
Do exactly that, push the hot towel lightly, maybe massage a little which has a nicely exfoliating effect. Don't rub and be careful not to use the towel too hot, not to burn yourself!

Follow with dr Hauschka toner to balance your skins PH.
Then add either nothing or a serum if you are doing night care or a choice of your moisturizer (with or without serum) for the day.

If I have to remove any heavy eye make up I am using pure organic jojoba oil on cotton balls. I normally order the pure organic oil from amazon. It's pretty cheap and great for the skin! Not just for dry skin, also for oily skin as it will balance your skins oil production! Obviously this does not happen over night, so it may be that your skin gets worst when you first start using it as all the 'dirt' gets pulled out of the pores.
I sometimes even use it instead of the cleansing milk or as a light serum or moisturizer.

I use jojoba oil often especially in the evenings to make sure all the make up is gone. The oil does your skin well and it works great as well if you use it in the same way like the cleansing lotions by first massaging into your skin again and then go over it with the hot face towel.

LED Lights? For Healing and Acne?

Yes you are hearing right. Red LED is good against Pain, Skin ageeing, Skin healing....
Blue LED Kills Acne Bacteria... I am using the portable dpl LED Nuve and it definitely works. If you don't travel much then it's probably easier to get the big LED therapy system. Which looks like a big book and treats a bigger area, so it takes you less work and it's more relaxing as you can just close your eyes and put it over your face (or other body parts you like to treat)

I am using the DPL Nuve by this company:
http://www.ledtechnologies.com/ledcorp/Product_dpl_nuve.aspx

I like it, it's FDA approved, has warranty and works well and even the hand held traveling Nuve treats quite a wide area compared to other devises from other companies I've looked at. I also like the fact that I can exchange the head light from blue to red.
I had originally bought the red LED Nuve and later on ordered the blue head when I had problems with Acne. It's easy to screw on and off. I am using the supplied googles with it or sunglasses.

This is the dpl Nuve

and this is the big home system:
