There are:
The Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell.
My book looks different, this must be the new Edition you can get it here. This is a really good read explaining that it's not always just you or your background who influences success. It portraits very nicely the time line in our modern history and teaches about the advantages and disantvantages in history depending on things we often ignore such as the year we are born in.
I recommend this book so much. Just read it. It makes you understand a lot. It's a fun and quick read.
Blink - Malcolm Gladwell
(Same author, right ;-)
Ohhhh I am raving about this book!!! wow it's so good. as boring as it may sound it's about decision making. So, sometimes a so called 'gut-feeling' can be the right way of taking decisions, better than computer carefully calculated assessments, as experienced minds just know. Even so sometimes without knowing consciously why!! It's unconscious details which give us the signals nothing random or spiritual. It's just our stored information, details so small we consciously don't realise we have but somehow just know--- if we're experts in our field or have a certain experience... MUST READ anyways...
The Economic Hitman
John Perkin
This Book is so great. It will really make you understand how modern corporate world works and what lobbyists do. This book is so important. John Perkins exposes insider knowledge about his past work. This is only one of his books, he has so many more. VERY GOOD. And quite thin, so it's a quick read too.
The Art of Happiness - Dalai Lama
This book is great. It teaches you what a human being at is purest truly needs to be happy. It's compassion and so much more. This book will make you so much wiser and teaches ways of thought which make you understand the world in a Buddist way I'd say, which I believe is the right way. It's about sharing and being happy and how to achieve that.

I like the author Naomi Klein and this book, one of hers, it's an excellent learning curve about commerce and marketing, especially it teaches us about Amreican advertising thinking and - history... which is just good to know as it gets you thinking and detect slightly similar patters in other parts of the world too. This book is quite thick but very interesting. I also recommend looking into her other books.

I liked this book it was very sarcastic and entertaining. This is a good read for on the train or if you are too tired to concentrating on something more.
It's about the UK Music industry how it used to be. I just loved this read. I found it so fun. Its humour is very dark though so be aware ....
