I must be honest I didn't know much about Parsnip nor have ever used it for cooking before the day I started this blog!! Why I chose that name then? Well, I tried to use Carrot instead but that name wasn't available anymore. Stage free for Parsnip then! What a good opportunity for this clearly often ignored veggy to get a word in.
